Born in Moscow and raised in Kuwait, Arina came to the United States via Europe as a foreign student. She attended Bryn Mawr College and Fordham University and exhibited her talents in a number of sales-related jobs and ultimately found her niche selling Real Estate in Manhattan. Living abroad in many countries enabled Arina to effectively relate and deal with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures and ethnicity. Whether a customer is a first-time homebuyer, a family is looking to expand, or an investor is looking to purchase a multiple dwelling or investment property, Arina has the knowledge, expertise, foresight and market savvy to secure the right deal.

With over four years of comprehensive property management experience, Olga expertly manages both residential and commercial properties. She brings a solid foundation in audit and finance, complemented by an MBA from European University. Olga’s strong administrative skills, combined with her exceptional communication abilities, make her a highly effective manager. She has a deep understanding of property accounting, overseeing key functions such as accounts receivable and accounts payable. Working closely with accountants, she ensures the smooth flow of financial operations. Additionally, Olga is responsible for maintaining detailed client and lease records, preparing property budgets, and fostering positive tenant relations, ensuring both operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Born in New York, but raised in Toronto, Simma has had a love of real estate since she was a child. She
began her career in marketing and advertising for new real estate developments. Longing to return to
New York, she moved back to work for a talent agency, which launched her extensive career in the
entertainment industry. Her expansive involvement in multiple deal making, investment opportunities,
marketing and production helped play an integral part in her wish to realign herself with Residential Real
Estate.
In an effort to create a better work/life balance, she decided to take her hobby to the next level joined a
a boutique real estate firm as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Her unwavering devotion to her clients,
coupled with her years of negotiating the best, and fairest, deals possible, are invaluable skills
transferred into this new career in real estate. Her infectious enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the

currently resides in a coop on the Upper West Side with her husband and daughter and their 2 dogs.
