K-pop band ENHYPEN will host an overnight stay at Seoul’s Dongdaemun Design Plaza

Over the past year, Airbnb has surprised travelers with multiple one-of-a-kind stays, including a night at the Palais Garnier in Paris and two nights at the real-life Hobbiton from The Lord of the Rings. This fall, Airbnb will bring together architecture, fashion, and K-pop. The vacation rental marketplace partnered with K-pop band ENHYPEN to host a stay at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza. 

The iconic Seoul building, designed by Zaha Hadid, will open its doors to two guests for one night only. For this unique stay, Airbnb will transform the top-floor loft space of the Dongdaemun Design Plaza into a neon bedroom. Those who will be able to score the one-time reservation will receive a personalized video from ENHYPEN and exclusive passes to Seoul Fashion Week.

This limited stay at Dongdaemun Design Plaza comes with a bed, which stands on top of the lit-up runway, a lounge area, and a backstage dressing room with clothes from South Korean designers. The booking also includes snacks, drinks, and books selected by ENHYPEN members, two special autographed Polaroids, and a guided tour of the building’s rooftop.

K-pop fans, architecture lovers, and fashionistas looking to book a stay at Zaha Hadid-designed landmark should head to the Airbnb website on Tuesday, May 23, at 7:00 p.m. EDT. The overnight stay will take place on September 4, 2023, and cost only $14 – a nod to the number of years since the Dongdaemun Design Plaza’s construction began. Guests are responsible for their own travel to Seoul, South Korea.
